What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Your bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay on our WooCommerce checkout. Card and UPI details never reach our systems — Razorpay handles them under its own PCI-compliant terms.

Shipping

We share your name, address and phone number with Delhivery so your parcel can be delivered and tracked. Nothing more is shared.

Marketing

If you subscribe, we email you about new arrivals and sales. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and we never sell or rent your details.

Your choices

Write to cholaghar.official@gmail.in to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We act on requests within 30 days, except where tax law requires us to retain invoices.
