Shipping, exchanges & returns

Shipping within India

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹99 applies.
• Dispatch within 1–2 working days of your order (3–5 days for made-to-measure).
• Delivery in 2–4 days to metros and 4–7 days elsewhere, via Delhivery.
• Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹10,000.

International shipping

We ship worldwide on request. Write to us with your city and the styles you want and we'll quote the exact freight — duties and taxes at the destination are payable by you.

Exchanges

• Raise an exchange within 7 days of delivery for a size or style swap.
• The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with tags intact and no perfume, stain or alteration.
• First exchange is free within India; we arrange the reverse pickup.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns for a refund only if the piece arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered. Share an unboxing photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — refunds land on the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Sale pieces, custom-sized garments and jewellery are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
