Orders

An order is a request, not a contract, until we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece sells out, a price is listed in error, or the delivery address isn't serviceable.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Product accuracy

Every garment is photographed as faithfully as we can manage, but screens differ and handloom fabric varies slightly between batches. Minor variation in colour, weave and embroidery placement is a feature of hand-finished clothing, not a defect.

Exchanges and returns

Our shipping and exchange terms form part of these terms. Sale, custom-sized and jewellery items are final sale.

Intellectual property

All designs, prints, photographs and copy on this site belong to CholaGhar by Goutami Bansal. Please don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to cholaghar.official@gmail.in.
